• 3:00 PM: Walk around my house to see local people living with a canal.
• 3:30 PM: Explore a Vibrant Local Market, buy ingredients and Thai fruits (local price)
• 4:30 PM: Ingredient preparation, 
• 5:30 PM: Cooking Together, My mom will teach you techniques to do soup, stir-fried, deep-fried … etc
• 6:30 PM: Have dinner together at my home.
• 7:30 PM: Send you back to MRT Charan 13 Station or Khao San Road area
