The chefs use only the freshest ingredients, sourcing locally from small producers whenever possible. Given their Roman heritage, you'll learn to make classic sauces like Amatriciana and Carbonara. There’s a dedicated menu for vegetarian guests featuring vegetarian sauces such as Arrabbiata and Cacio e Pepe, among other Roman favorites. Included are an apron and all the necessary equipment for active participation in the class, as well as a PDF file containing all the recipes covered during the session.
