Back at Auntie’s cozy kitchen — where she has spent over 50 years mastering hundreds of traditional dishes — you’ll step into her world and cook side-by-side in her small but soulful home kitchen. This class is not just about food, but about connection: you’ll cook, share stories, and enjoy your meal together like a real Vietnamese family. The experience is vegetarian-friendly, deeply local, and full of warmth you won’t find in restaurants.

• Cá hú kho – Braised Catfish in Clay Pot
• Trứng chiên thịt – Vietnamese Pork Omelette

Schedule

• 9:00 AM – Hotel pickup (or meet at Binh Tay Market if staying outside Districts 1, 3, 4, or 5)
• 9:30 AM – Arrive at Auntie’s home and explore the local neighborhood in a small alleyway
• 10:00 AM – Visit the local market and shop for fresh ingredients
• 10:45 AM – Hands-on cooking session
• 11:45 AM – Enjoy the meal together, family-style
• 12:30 PM – Say goodbye to Auntie and her family, and begin return trip
• 1:00 PM – Drop-off at your hotel
