Menu

Tasting:

• Local cheeses
• Local olives
• Local wine and bread
• Garden tomato cream or consommé with toasted bread

Main Course:

• Carne à Alentejana — pork with clams, served with migas (traditional bread-based side dish) and parsley

Dessert:

• Doce Alentejano — a traditional sweet made with cream, biscuits, coffee, and condensed milk
• Homemade liqueur and coffee
