What to Expect
Learn to make traditional Chinese steamed buns from scratch, plain, or filled with shrimp or fresh vegetables. Along the way, pick up essential cutting techniques, basic seasoning, and how to balance flavors in a good filling.
We'll also make pan-fried spring onion pancakes: fluffy inside, crispy outside, fragrant with spring onion and dough. Served with floral tea or rich Chinese Pu-erh tea.

Good fun and great on a wet Hong Kong day!
Alice was a fun and thorough cooking teacher, and would highly recommend this cooking class if you have a spare few hours when you are in Kowloon.
