Cook in a peaceful organic farm setting just outside Chiang Mai.

This private experience takes place at a family-run farm hut, surrounded by herbs, fruit trees, and open countryside. You’ll begin by walking through the garden to learn about Thai ingredients at their source — how they grow, how they’re used in local cuisine, and why seasonality matters in Thai cooking.

Together, you’ll prepare authentic Thai dishes from scratch using fresh, organic produce and traditional techniques. Every step is hands-on — from pounding curry paste to balancing sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors the Thai way.

Because this is a private class, the pace is relaxed and fully tailored to you. Ask questions, go deeper into techniques, or adjust dishes to your preferences. Whether it’s your first time cooking Thai food or you want to refine your skills, you’ll gain both practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of local food culture.

Curry Paste & Chicken Curry

• Red curry paste & red curry with chicken
• Green curry paste & green curry with chicken
• Yellow curry paste & yellow curry with chicken

Soup: 

• Tom Kha Kai (chicken in coconut milk)
• Tom Yam Kung (Thai hot, spicy and sour soup with prawns)
• Clear soup with egg, tofu and minced pork

Stir fried: 

• Stir fried chicken with cashew nut
• Pad Kaprao Stir fried minced chicken with holy basil
• Pad Thai (Thai fried noodles)

Dessert: 

• Pumpkin in coconut milk
• Banana in coconut milk
• Mango with sticky rice
• Deep fried spring rolls

8:30–8:50 AM – Hotel Pickup (Chiang Mai City)
We’ll pick you up and head toward the peaceful countryside just outside Chiang Mai.

Farm Garden Walk
Arrive at the organic farm hut and walk through the garden to handpick fresh herbs and vegetables. Understand how ingredients grow and how they shape Thai flavors.

Hands-On Cooking Session
Begin preparing your chosen dishes from scratch — including pounding fresh curry paste using traditional techniques.

Enjoy Your Meal
Sit down and enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared in a relaxed farm setting.
