Balinese cuisine is one of the most complex, varied and delicious cuisines in the world. We'll show you how to use an incredible variety of spices and blend them with the freshest vegetables, meat and fish to create an unforgettable Balinese feast.
First, we'll meet at The Balé, where we'll leave together to tour the famous Kedonganan fish market. Our chef will show you how to source the freshest quality ingredients and introduce you to local product native to Bali.
After our market tour, we'll make a quick stop to the nearby Jenggala Ceramic Factory in Jimbaran.
Then we'll return to the hotel, where our chef will guide you to create a 3-course Balinese meal. Then you'll feast on the results!

We offer free pickup and drop-off services within the Nusa Dua area. We'll advise the pickup time on the day before the class.
If your accommodation if outside Nusa Dua, we can arrange pickup and drop-off for an extra fee.
Please meet at The Balé Nusa Dua, unless you are arriving via our pickup service.
