We will meet at the meeting point in the historic center of Guadalajara to walk to the neighborhood of 9 corners, one of the oldest in the city. In this neighborhood, we can take a tour of the main street to taste seasonal fruits (if there are during our visit) and learn about the historic buildings along the way. We will finish in a restaurant where the quintessential tapatío dish "Birria" (goat meat cooked in the oven for more than 8 hours and marinated with sauces, served with a tomato and spices consomme) has been prepared for the last 40 years.
