We pick our guests up from their hotels or a selected point in Bodrum than drive to the farmers market of the day or visit a small farm to pick up the ingredients of our cooking class for that day. At the market we will be tasting cheese, spices and olives etc. Than we drive to our kitchen to cook all what we have bought and more.
Here we will guide you through the delicious secrets of regional Aegean cookery with its accent on olive oil and fresh herbs, a very special and particularly healthy branch of Turkish cuisine.
We will serve you a lunch of all the wonderful dishes we have cooked together, at tables where we will share stories of cookery in the country and in our families. You will also be tasting local wines of the area with your meal. We usually get many nice people here and most of them say that this was the high light of their trip. If you like to learn about a country and its people the best place is a table where you share local food.
Farmers markets are at a different location each day
At our classes we teach five cold starters, a hot starter and a main course. We usually have a menu in mind depanding on the season and the produce but we finalize the menu at the market with our guests, to make this class tasty for everyone joining us.
You will receive the confirmation of your booking's availability within 24 hours. Once confirmed, please present your booking reference number at the cooking school.
