On this full day class we will start off with a pasta making workshop where Sabrina, our local "mamma", is your teacher. You will make pici and other exciting pasta shapes without egg. Later in the day Tel Aviv based vegan cookbook author Kristof Steiner takes over in order to complete the pasta with mouth-watering sauces, starters and a delicious vegan dessert.
Dinner will be served in the dining room of our seaside villa from the turn of the century..

This is a vegan course, so our menu depends somewhat on what we find exciting on the market in the morning. Rest assured you will meat tastes, colours and textures you rarely encounter at home.
The pasta will certainly contain pici, the typical eggless tuscan pasta form together with stamped- carved and cut other forms.
The pasta sauces will all be vegan, but with the firm aim to make it all taste very tuscan, very italian :-)
