Great instruction, very knowledgeable staff, fun environment and met some great like minded people.
Loved the experience. I learned lots about local food in a clean and comfortable environment
the experience has been incredible, we could learn so much about the maroccan tradition in cooking listening to a very passionate teacher. the cooking class has been inspiring, the teacher has been very patient. awesome group also, I would do it again!
If you are thinking about doing a cooking class in La Maison Arabe, don't think, DO it!! It was overall and amazing and joyful 3 hours cooking class that past so fast. From the greeting at the arrival, the introduction of the Moroccan cuisine and spices, to finally sit at the rooftop and eat the food you have made with lovely live Gnaoua music in the back ground. But the biggest highlight of the day is without a doubt Hana and Fatiha, our instructors at the class, you where AMAZING and I am sure it wouldn't have been so joyful if it wasn't for you :) Regards Jamilla, Teresa, Salma and Magdalena
Definitely the best activity we did in Marrakech. The setting was beautiful and you really learn how to use the typical morroccan ingredients. I would really recommend it!
It was an amazing experience. I recommend anybody that is into cooking to experience this class. The food that we cooked also turned out really good. I am excited about replicating the things Ive learned. Also I loved the parting gifts where all the participants were given the recipes and a small tagine to take home.
I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants to learn about Moroccan cuisine. From start to finish you are well taken care of. My mother and I had a lovely dinner and enjoyed meeting other travellers. We had a blast! Thank you for everything Mohammed, Ayada and Khadijaaaaa ^_^
The cooking class is very well prepared, in a beautiful place out of the city. They show you the traditional oven, tea ceremony and then you cook with the fantastic dada! Chop chop! 😉
Great environment, patient and pleasant instructor. Kept at our pace to make sure that we got it right
We had a great time at La Maison Arabe, and the whole thing was just splendidly organized, down to the individual tv-screens to follow the tutor chef up close. The building and dining room are gorgeous and visiting the local bakery was a treat. Only criticism concerns the tools. Some knives we used were far from sharp, which made certain steps a little tricky. But big thanks to our host and chef!
This class was fun, interesting and informative. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
Very friendly staff. Sense of humour spirit. Wonderful cookings.
Good introduction to Morrocan cooking - even for someone with no previous knowledge. It's difficult to cook for one - as evidenced by the size of the couscous prepared - mine was great, but I ate a third. It's one of the best activities un Marrakech.
It was very good experience for me and enjoyed it! If I go there, Morocco surly I will join again. Thank you kimi Orr
The dishes we made were some of the same ones we are several times during our trip. Hands down the food we prepared was the best we ate on our nine day stay here.
