A unique way of experiencing Bologna from the perspective of a gastronome and a 100% Bolognese food expert. The tour begins with a guided walk downtown and a visit to the old market. As you get insights on the local culinary customs, you are explained why the food is historically such an important piece of Bologna’s culture.
We then reach my house, where you are given an apron and there you go… we begin to knead the dough and prepare the Bolognaise sauce.We will make 2 types of pasta, usually Tagliatelle and Tortelloni, so you can learn both styles. A different type of pasta can be agreed in advance.
At the end, you will taste the dishes you made with a glass of good wine.
