Saturday is a market day in Cortona. Piazza Signorelli and adjacent streets are filled with local groceries such as salami, porchetta and cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Friday is a market day in Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
We will shop together in the market and in the kitchen we will learn how to cook fresh pasta, meat and vegetables with typical Umbrian and Tuscan recipes, including a fabulous dessert.
The English-speaking Agrichef Claudia Russo will share with you the typical and peasant cooking. We will taste as well our wine and our extra virgin olive oil. Lunch time we will taste together all our culinary creations.
