Macarons have been popular for many years now in France and abroad. As you are visiting Paris, you can have the chance to learn how to bake chocolate macarons. In the kitchen of a private apartment, Aurélie or Marion, two Parisians who love cooking, will teach you from scratch to make the delicate meringue and the ganache. You will discover all the different steps and techniques. Your teachers will give you all the tips (bird’s pick, macaronnage, piping) and you will be ready to bake macarons in your own kitchen. During this class, you will also have time to bake a second traditional French pastry (financiers, moelleux …). At the end of the class, you will taste your creations with a beverage and take away a box your delicious macarons.
Please note that this class is not suitable for kids below the age of 12.
