Located in beautiful La Bocana beach, Wahaca Cooking Classes are ideal for anyone interested in Mexican cuisine. Alfredo Patiño will guide you through the steps to create one of the most representative dishes of Mexico. On this class we'll do one of the Mexican classic meals, Chiles Rellenos; we'll prepare a chicken tinga and a beef picadillo to use as stuffings and Oaxacan cheese for our third pepper.
We stuffed Poblano, ancho and Jalapeño peppers, bathed in an egg meringue and fried. A tomato and herbs sauce and white rice are the perfect compliments!
In Oaxaca we eat corn tortillas with every meal, so, we'll just have to make our own by hand. Really, it doesn't get better than this!
To finish we will make classic margaritas from scratch.
Pick up is provided in a classic VW Bus. To speed up the process and to enter most hotels, the room number is required prior to pick up.
