Michelle is phenomenal - not only her talent for pasta making, but she taught us both so much about cooking and the traditions of Bolognese cooking. We got to learn how to make 3 different pastas and 2 different sauces. If we come back to Bologna, I would definitely take another class with Michelle.

My husband and I went for a group cooking class with the amazing Pietro and lovely Tanya. Everything we learnt was absolutely invaluable for our love of pasta! How to make the pasta itself, plus some beautiful sauces. Turns out we’ve been doing it so very wrong this whole time! Definitely a must if you’re going to Bologna. Pietro is a great teacher. Very informative and kind. And Tanya, who was helping out, was a sweetheart! An absolute highlight of our whole Italy trip! Highly recommended!

I did not do this class, but my wife did and she really enjoyed the experience. They prepared different styles of pasta, together with the sauces, and at they ate their pastas at the end of the session, with a nice glass of wine and wonderful company of the other people who attended the class. We highly recommend this place to learn to prepare pasta and have a good time while you are in Bologna.
