Poderi in Chianti

My husband and I had the best time learning to make pasta with Susanna on our honeymoon. Honestly, it was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy for both of us. Susanna is a great teacher, her home is beautiful, and she creates such a meaningful experience for her students. We highly recommend others to take this class!

The host greeted us with a warm welcome and so much fun! We learned a lot and enjoyed eating the tasty pasta and tiramisu. Breathtaking view.

The class was exceptional and chef guided us through the art of making pasta from scratch in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The intimate setting at the beautiful Poderi estate allowed for plenty of personal attention, ensuring everyone felt involved and capable. The class was incredibly well-organized, and the fresh, locally sourced ingredients made a noticeable difference in the flavors of the dishes we prepared.

I recently attended the Hand Made Pasta Class in Chianti, and it was an unforgettable experience! The chef was fantastic, making the process of creating pasta from scratch both fun and educational. Highly recommend!

Excellent small group cooking and eating experience. I definitely worth trying when in Tuscany.
