I am allergic to dairy, but so much care was taken to make sure I could still experience Rome through its culinary wonders! Sabina organized with all the vendors and triple confirmed all food was free of allergens. She is also very knowledgeable about food history in Rome. Sabina was an absolute gem of a person and I'm so lucky to have had her as a guide! I would most definitely return to this company specifically for another food tour with her! We did the evening street food tour. We had small portions of a lot of different kinds of street food and some beverages. It was fun, our guide (a former chef) had an excellent sense of humor and great stories. The food really was enough too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

We had an amazing experience with our guide Sabina! A local chef herself she had such a wealth of knowledge and was incredibly personable. The vendors at the local market took the time to speak with us and were equally as passionate about their local cuisines. A highlight was dining at a restaurant owned by six generations of family that was established in 1870 (1858 if you take into account it was a bar prior). We toured the wine cellar where the osteria was formally located. We loved every item we tasted during the tour from pastries to ox tongue!!! We were feeling adventurous :) well worth the price for the quality of the tour and the amount of food and wine and espresso !!!
