We had an amazing Spanish cooking workshop in Sabores Taller de Cocina with Cheff Jimena! 🇪🇸 During the session we learned how to prepare some classic dishes like paella, pan tumaca, and tortilla de patatas. Jimena was a fantastic teacher—super friendly, clear, and passionate about Spanish cuisine. She made the whole experience fun, interactive, and easy to follow. It was a great activity for team building. Cooking together, sharing the tasks, and then enjoying the food we made created a really relaxed and collaborative atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and delicious team experience!

Great cooking workshop at Sabores Taller de Cocina! We learned how to make paella, sangria, and tortilla de patatas with Professor Jimena, our teacher. The class was in English, very well organized, and a lot of fun. Perfect activity for team building. Definitely worth it!

Really enjoyed my cooking class today with Jimena in Sabores. The class was really dynamic with we learnt a lot about local cuisine and traditions as well as techniques that can be used in all types of cuisine. The food was yummy too. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the city, would definitely do it again.

We had an amazing time making tapas and paella with Jimena. My wife, daughter, and I had a great time cooking and chatting with Jimena in a private lesson. My daughter (4 YO) was a little too shy to engage with the class, but my wife and I enjoyed being instructed by and cooking alongside Jimena. She is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who taught us the traditional techniques of paella but also offered a wealth of information on different varieties. Highly recommend!
