Vietnamese food is known by Pho and Spring roll. But Pho is an outdoor breakfast and Spring roll is for weekends and special occasion only. A Vietnamese home meal usually come with 3-4 dishes. One savory dish: beef, fish, chicken, pork, shrimp; One soup; One vegetable or beans: stir-fried or boil and Steam rice.
