What to Expect

This small group cooking class is for all lovers of pasta and of course, Italian cuisine. In this experience, we will prepare different typical pasta dishes from the culinary traditions of Sorrento. The menu will be according to the availability of seasonal ingredients from our garden and the choices of chef Mama. 

We will learn how to prepare handmade pasta like Scialatielli, Fettuccine, and Gnocchi. We will also have a great time preparing meatballs or our famous eggplant parmesan. This is your chance to discover the secrets of our delicious pasta sauce!

Before the cooking class, we will have a meet and greet in our private family garden so we can get to know each other and enjoy seasonal refreshments from the garden.

• Handmade Gnocchi or Ravioli.
• Handmade meatballs or our famous eggplant parmesan

Schedule

• Meet and greet at the private family garden with visit and refreshments (garden products are available according to season)
• Move to the venue where the cooking class will take place.
• Lunch will include a starter and dessert.
• End of the class.
