• 5:30 PM: Depart from your hotel and embark on our scooter for an exciting culinary journey.
• 6:00 PM: Arrive at our first stop to witness the captivating sight and aroma of sizzling pancakes. Our skilled chef will demonstrate the art of making Banh Xeo, showcasing the technique needed to achieve the perfect crispiness and flavor. You'll have the chance to taste both the large and small versions of this delightful dish.
• 7:00 PM: Visit one of the bustling wholesale flower markets, immersing yourself in the vibrant night street food scene. Indulge in Banh Trang Nuong, also known as hot Vietnamese Pizza.
• 7:45 PM: Explore Chinatown's lively atmosphere and colorful streets while enjoying a unique dish: Banh Canh Ghe, crab noodle soup.
• 8:30 PM: Head to Gangstertown renowned for its incredible seafood offerings. Experience the sights and sounds of street vendors grilling fresh seafood, and savor some of the best scallops and clams straight from the grill.
• 9:15 PM: Conclude our journey with a visit to our final stop, where colorful bowls of Che await. Each bowl offers a unique masterpiece of flavors and textures, from creamy coconut to exotic jackfruit. This sweet ending captures the essence of Saigon's vibrant culinary scene.
• Afterward: Enjoy a drive around the Saigon River and Saigon tunnels, discovering popular spots where the younger generation likes to hang out. Stop at the new bridge to capture beautiful nighttime photos of Saigon before bidding farewell.
