Our experienced chef will guide you step-by-step in preparing a selection of traditional Balinese dishes, all based on recipes from our Our Bali Your Bali cookbook. Throughout the class, the chef will share insights into local ingredients, cooking techniques, and the cultural stories behind each dish. Vegetarian options can be arranged upon request.

10:15 am - Cooking Session Hot Kitchen
Enjoy a refreshing Mango ice tea as welcome drink while our chef introduces the experience and the dishes you’ll be preparing. Learn about Balinese spices, cooking techniques, and the stories behind each dish. Vegetarian options are available upon request.
11:30 am - Demonstration on how to make Kelapa Salju cocktails
11:45 am – Final Preparation & Plating
Complete the dishes you’ve cooked and prepare them for lunch.
