His patience, expertise, and friendly approach made learning easy and enjoyable. Lang’s presence added a personal touch that truly elevated the day. Me and my family just had a cooking class, and when I tell you that it was amazing I mean that it was AMAZING!! The food was great and the chef was so nice and friendly with very nice English, everyone enjoyed the cooking so much, and eating the great authentic food afterwards, felt like the best reward. I love cooking and exploring different cultures, and i am glad I picked Long’s Kitchen to do those very things!

We were accidentally walking around and we liked the style of the Long's venue. So we decided to take the cooking lessons. And wow! What an amazing experience! Our daughter knew how to cook some Vietnamese dishes, but the set prepared with Long was truly fantastic. Finally we learned new dishes, and came to the hotel full and happy! Important to mention - the place is super clean, and the food in our opinion is much better than standard restaurant food, it's more home style.

We did a couple's cooking class and it was amazing. The only complaint is that we ate breakfast that morning and struggled to fit everything in. In the six weeks since arriving home in Australia we have used the recipes and techniques we learned at Long's several times and friends and family are suitably impressed with the results. We have taken cooking classes in several countries and this was simply the best for skilled and friendly instruction, excellent food and value for money.
