What to Expect

Centro di Alimentazione Consapevole has health and nutrition as their core value. What that, they want to share with you the secret and proper techniques of healthy Italian cooking, as they think great taste and nutrition can and should coexist!

You'll be welcomed at their home feeling space to then go through the history and the different flavors. During this class, you'll be introduced to a variety of healthy Italian dishes. Paola, the nutritionist, will guide you along a path of knowledge showing you the benefits of a diet that is healthy and correct without neglecting the pleasure of the palate. While Marina, the cook, will help you transform that knowledge into delicious dishes.

The ingredients used are all from Campania region. Sourced from a supplier using natural agriculture farming techniques, respecting the environment and biodiversity. The lesson on the healthy diet is an opportunity to understand the basics of a balanced diet learning the techniques to transform natural ingredients in delicious dishes. At the end of the class, you'll enjoy your creations together.
