Korean Culinary Experience: Afternoon Class in Seoul

What to Expect

Discover the art of Korean home cooking in a 2-hour class. Before the cooking session, you'll delve into essential Korean language lessons tailored for culinary endeavors. Different cooking classes are offered every day, allowing participants to choose from a range of culinary experiences. Participants can select only the menu they are interested in, providing flexibility in choosing their preferred cooking focus.

While the class is conducted in Korean, rest assured that recipes will be provided in both English and Korean for your convenience. Upon contacting us, participants receive a schedule of weekly menus, helping them plan and choose the classes that suit their preferences. You must advise us at least 1 week in advance.

• Sanjeok (Meat and Vegetable Skewers)
• Jjimdak (Korean Braised Chicken)
• Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)
• Sundae Bokkeum (Stir-fried blood sausage)
• Miyeokguk (Seaweed Soup)
• Sundubu Jjigae (Soft Bean Curd Jjigae)
• Yaksik (Sweet Rice with Nuts and Jujubes)

NOTE:

• Classes will be conducted in Korean. We will deliver recipes in English. For those who do not speak Korean at all, we will give you a simple English interpretation.
• If you want to apply for a Japanese-speaking instructor, please check if you can speak Japanese on the day you want to apply.
• Please register a week in advance to prepare the menu. We will adjust the time with other classes so that the class can proceed at the desired time.
• You can also tell us what you want, and if you can't eat meat, we can proceed with the vegetarian menu.
