What to Expect

Discover the Hidden Oaxacan Dinner, where the cuisine is rooted in local ingredients, cultivated and harvested from the fields of Oaxaca, and infused with the traditional flavors passed down from our grandmothers—now featured in the city's finest restaurants. In this experience, we will prepare dinner alongside a traditional Zapotec cook and savor mezcal.

We'll also explore how to pair organic mezcal with the rich flavors of Oaxaca. Zapotec cuisine, deeply influenced by pre-Hispanic culture, blends harmoniously with flavors introduced during the European conquest.

Our goal is to showcase indigenous cuisine and share the essence of local flavors.
