11:00 AM – Meet at Juan XXIII Metrocable Station (Estación Metrocable Juan XXIII).

11:10 AM – Enjoy a guided walk through La Pradera, an authentic and safe local neighborhood away from the usual tourist areas. Visit local shops and purchase the ingredients needed for the cooking class.

11:30 AM – Join a hands-on Empanada Workshop led by a local chef. Learn how to prepare traditional Colombian empanadas from scratch using yuca (cassava) dough.

12:30 PM – Savor your freshly made empanadas with a refreshing local drink while enjoying panoramic views of Medellín.

1:00 PM – End of the workshop at Juan XXIII Metrocable Station. Take the opportunity to enjoy a scenic ride on the Metrocable and admire the city from above.
