Between cooking sessions, enjoy freshly brewed Moroccan mint tea and connect with your hosts before sitting down together to savor the meal you have prepared. Classes are small, interactive, and beginner-friendly, with instruction available in English and French.
Founded by Abdou, who grew up in the Atlas Mountains, our team is passionate about sharing Moroccan food and culture while supporting women in Atlas Mountain villages. Come hungry, leave with new recipes, lasting memories, and perhaps a few new friends.

- Welcome & Introduction: Meet your local chefs and discover the fresh ingredients and aromatic Moroccan spices you’ll be using.
- Hands-On Cooking: Cook side-by-side with your hosts as you prepare a traditional tagine, bake Moroccan bread, and make fresh salads step by step.
- Mint Tea & Stories: Learn the traditional Moroccan mint tea pouring ritual and hear stories about local food and traditions while your tagine slowly cooks.
- Enjoy Your Meal: Sit down together and savor the three-course Moroccan meal you prepared.

Pickup Option
- Pickup and drop-off are included from hotels and riads in Marrakech.
Please provide your hotel or riad name and address when booking. For riads located within the Medina where vehicles cannot access, we will arrange a convenient meeting point at the nearest accessible location and provide the exact meeting point details in advance.
You are also welcome to come directly to our kitchen.
