Thai Cooking Course Hua Hin

I had an excellent cooking class: a professional team and effective instructors who put me at ease right from the start. The atmosphere was relaxed despite the rigor of the techniques taught. The small group size, limited to about fifteen people, allowed for personalized attention. The environment was impeccable, with a very clean and well-equipped kitchen. The prior visit to the market was particularly informative and enriched the practical experience in the workshop. The icing on the cake was tasting our own creations between each class. If I were ever in the area again, I would gladly take another class.

The visit to the market before the cooking lessons was perfect. Lots of explanations, very interesting to see. Food preparation was well instructed. Everything was perfectly organized and well executed. Cleanliness was of the utmost importance and the group that we cooked with was very easy-going. This experience was totally beyond expectations. Pickup was right on time. The tour around the market was most interesting, great explanations of what we were looking at. The cooking was so much fun, very well organized and we were so impressed with our culinary talent (but it was probably the well laid out instruction that got us there). Rideback much appreciated.

Everything was perfectly arranged. A visit to the market, an explanation, and then a 4-course meal. Cooking in your own wok. Good and clean.

The class was wonderful. First a trip through the market to see all the ingredients we would be using. Then a well run class teaching four of my favorite Thai dishes and a fantastic meal eating what we cooked. A great way to spend a morning in Hua Hin.

A great experience to cook Thai food in a nice Thai location. Everything is presented with good explanation. Also visit the 100 year old market is an experience in itself, explanation about the ingredients used is really a plus. Really recommended

We went to the class in Hua Hin. We started on the market and walked around there looking at all the local products. It was very fun to see. We had a very fun experience taking the cooking course and can really recommend it to any visiting Hua Hin. Very good food and atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I both have food allergies. This wasn’t a issue at all. The market tour was fun and educative. The guide spoke English. The kitchen location is beautiful and clean. With only 4 of us we made 4 dishes per person; green curry with chicken, prawn soup, Pad Thai and coconut Jackfruit dessert. Everything was really tastefull. Luckely we got a doggy bag. We could even buy some kitchen supplies for a good price. We strongly recommend this cooking class!!

Bo, Brett and their team were great hosts. We were picked up from our hotel on time at 08:40, and met Bo for a really informative tour of Hua Hin market, with a chance to pick up some spices to take home. For the class we made some coconut milk the traditional way, were shown how to chop with thai chefs knives, and made 4 lovely courses including the curry paste from scratch. Great experience, left very full, happy and knowing how to make a thai menu.

The tour and cooking class were the prefect introduction to Thai food and cooking. Our guide Bo knew all about the ingredients in the market and helped us rustle up some tasty grub in a lovely setting. Would highly recommend.

We booked this to see some traditional thai cooking and tips, and it didn't fail to impress. Beau and her team were magnificent in every area, they communicated expertly and kept us all well informed on every step. The amount of food was great and compliments to the Chef's (instructor :-)) Thanks for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend this course, worth every penny and more.

Found my experience in Thai cooking class very satisfying. Well prepared staff. Excellent instructor. Clean. Appreciated how smoothly one course led to another. Warmth of surroundings, camaraderie with fellow travellers, wonderful food, great results...couldn't ask for more. Thank you for a great experience!

My wife and I took Beau's class while visiting Hua Hin and it was absolutely amazing. Her culinary knowledge combined with her hospitality made the experience truly memorable. Beau was great at the group outing at the market explaining all the ingredients that we were buying to cook back at her house. Beau really made our entire group feel right at home during the entire cooking class. We had such a great time while learning how to cook delicious food! Beau is a great person and chef. She even gave us a book of recipes so we could cook the same delicious food at home!

The course was very well run, our instructor was lovely and her English was excellent and explained everything perfectly and gave other options for produce. The location of the cooking course and all the equipment was fantastic, very clean and very tranquil. I would recommend this course to everyone, young or old. It was good value for money. We left with full tummies and enough food to feed us in the evening!
