Step into my cozy Bolognese home, located in a traditional Italian building with sweeping views over the city. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed with a glass of local wine before we begin our hands-on culinary experience in a relaxed and friendly setting.
During the class, you'll discover the art of making fresh pasta from scratch using a traditional wooden rolling pin, following time-honored techniques from Bologna. Together, we'll prepare silky tagliatelle, flavorful tortelloni, and a classic Italian tiramisù.
Once the cooking is complete, we'll gather around the table to enjoy the dishes we've created together. Savor authentic homemade Italian cuisine while sharing stories, conversation, and the warm hospitality of a true Bolognese home.
