- Choosing the Wood: Select your preferred type of wood for your chopsticks.
- Brief Cultural Introduction: A brief guide in English about proper chopstick etiquette, dining taboos (Kirai-bashi), and the spirit of Omotenashi.
- Carving Lesson & Practice: Learn how to use the traditional shaving tools and carve your own chopsticks.
- Sanding & Polishing: Carefully sand the chopsticks to give them a smooth, perfect finish.
- Oil Coating: Finish by applying a natural oil coating to complete your unique, handmade souvenir.

How to Get There
- From Shinsaibashi Station (Osaka Metro): Approximately 5 minutes on foot.
- Please use the stairs at the back of the building to reach the 3rd floor.
- Important: There is another venue nearby called Sushi Making Osaka near Dotonbori. Please note that this is not our workshop, so be sure to come to Gareria Akka.
