- From Florence: take the A1 Motorway in direction Rome. Tale the Valdichiana exit and follow the direction to Montepulciano. - From Siena: take the Siena-Perugia Motorway and and take the Sinalunga or Bettolle exit. Then follow the direction to Montepulciano.
