Chef Sylvia was an absolute delight! We so enjoyed our cooking class with her. We learned a lot, had so much fun and ate delicious food that we prepared under her expert tutelage. I am happy to highly recommend this class.

Sylvia was incredible! She was so engaging and taught me so many things. On a good day I can burn toast really well, but even I managed to make ravioli, eggplant Parmigiano and tiramisu. All credit to her! Would highly recommend this to anybody.

Chef Sylvia is the BEST ! Her laughter, stories and cooking lessons were a true delight and oh so YUMMY! Starting with a small appetizer, we made Tiramisu, gnocchi and eggplant Parmesan. Add limoncello, wine and a small liquor tasting at the end. DELICIOUS! We already know when we come back we are taking another lesson!
