Cooking Classes With Giada

Lo mejor fue que me invitaran a casa de Giada y conocer a su familia. Era muy organizada y hospitalaria. Se involucró mucho y respondió a todas mis preguntas. La comida estaba deliciosa y era fácil de preparar.

Nuestra experiencia culinaria con Giada en su casa de Cortona fue, sin duda, uno de los momentos más destacados de nuestro viaje a Italia.

¡Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa con Giada en su clase de cocina de pasta, panzanella y tiramisú! Fue el equilibrio perfecto entre instrucción y práctica, así que todos tuvimos la oportunidad de aprender mientras participábamos activamente. Aprendimos varias técnicas prácticas de cocina que sin duda volveremos a usar. La clase también fue ideal para niños. Giada mantuvo un ritmo excelente, haciendo que fuera entretenida tanto para adultos como para niños sin prisas. El entorno era absolutamente precioso. Tuvimos la suerte de ir en verano y estábamos rodeados de miles de girasoles en flor, lo que convirtió el lugar en un escenario idílico para cocinar. Después, nos encantó reunirnos en el encantador comedor de la planta baja para disfrutar de la comida que habíamos preparado juntos. Todo estaba delicioso. Este fue uno de los mejores momentos de nuestro viaje, y estamos deseando recrear estos platos en casa. ¡Lo recomendamos encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una experiencia toscana auténtica, divertida e inolvidable!

Giada is a fantastic cook and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Very Hands-On and we learned the skills to go home and make it again. The extra treat of the fried calzone dessert just topped off the day. We would most highly recommend you try this and the location is beautiful

Giada is a fantastic cook and a wonderful person to spend time with. We not only learn how to make the focaccia and pizza, but we learned a lot of other things about Italian cooking and recipes that she shared. One of the best experiences we've had on this trip and when we would do again

We had a wonderful time cooking with Giada. She welcomed us into her home and shared her family’s recipes. The instructions were step-by-step, hands-on, and fun. Would recommend to all.

Fui con mi esposo y lo pasamos de maravilla. Giada fue muy amable, paciente y nos explicó todo con claridad, incluso mostrándonos variaciones de la misma receta para cambiar los sabores e ingredientes. Hicimos la clase de cocina de pasta con nuestra familia (nuestras hijas tienen 19, 13 y 6 años) y a todas nos encantó. Fue divertidísimo y nos encantaría repetirlo si volvemos. Fue lo mejor del viaje. Además, la instructora nos dio muchísima información sobre la zona.

We had 5 of us girls and she included all of us and made sure we each got turns helping and preparing the meal. The food turned out phenomenal. We had gorgeous views, endless laughs and fantastic and delicious food. What more could you ask for? "

During our holiday we took a cooking course with Giada. What a wonderful experience! We received a very hospitable welcome at Giada and her family's home. Very special to cook and eat together at someone's home. We have created delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. Giada was clear in her instructions and very helpful. We enjoyed the food together with Giada and Jacopo. Nice wine was served with dinner, and Jacobo made delicious coffee after dinner. We regularly make the recipes we learned from Giada at home. After the cooking course I had some questions about the flour that was used, Giada was very friendly and helpful. In short: a great experience, learning to cook delicious recipes and enjoying a delicious meal with an incredibly sweet, warm Italian family. Highly recommended!"

This class was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany! Giada welcomed us with warmth and made us feel right at home in her beautiful countryside kitchen. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch—kneading, rolling, and shaping it ourselves—and the Tiramisu was out of this world! Everything was hands-on, informative, and so much fun. The ingredients were fresh, the instructions were easy to follow, and the final meal was better than any restaurant. Highly recommend this experience for anyone who loves Italian food and wants a genuine taste of Tuscan hospitality!

My friends and I had a wonderful time learning how to make bruschetta, pasta and tiramisu with Giada and her father. Their home was so warm and comfortable and the meal was delicious. We all agreed this was one of the best things to do while in Italy and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants a true Italian experience.

Unbelievable experience. Such a wonderful host and we had the opportunity to learn how to make bread and pizza. Returned to the US and last night we baked focaccia for the whole family with much success. Such a great experience and so friendly. We will be back again for sure. Next time Pasta. Huge thanks for our best afternoon in Italy.
