Domus Kitchen is born from the professional experience of Chef Antonio. The cooking sessions we offer seek to involve people from other countries and culture in the making of the original Sicilian cuisine. Being in the middle of the Mediterranean sea, Sicily culinary landscape has been influenced by 5000 years of civilisation adding layers of techniques and ingredients that stays up until nowadays in our plates.
