The hosts gave a very clear introduction to the history of the food, which made the experience even more meaningful. The taste at Egg Yolk Cafe is very fresh and authentic. I especially appreciated knowing exactly what ingredients are used in their egg yolk coffee. The secret recipe for the baguette is also memorable. It is definitely a worthwhile stop in Hanoi!
We had an unreal experience made all the better by our chef Chris. What a legend!!
Laid-back, chill and warm, those are what we expect you to feel while joining our cooking class. Mây is a beautiful word in our language, it means ‘cloud’. Vietnamese people associate “Mây” with tranquillity and elegance, these are two main pillars in our concept. Mây is a place to learn the arts of Vietnamese cuisines, and an escape from all the crowded places in Hanoi.
Just like a ‘mây’, you will be drifting and bobbing around different tones in the ‘Vietnam’s best flavours’ symphony. Mây is designed to bring out the warm ambience and the cozy feeling. Vietnamese people treasure the value of family, and Mây is created to bring that family atmosphere when you cook with us. In our Indochine villa that is specifically designed for cooking, you will have a fun and interactive time cooking Vietnamese dishes. Our classes are led by our certified chefs, they will be full of knowledge, fun tips, and hands-on cooking experiences.
