• 6:00 pm: Meet your guide at Xi Hua Men Fire Station
• 6:30 pm: Hop on the tuk-tuk to discover Xi'an and enjoy street food and drinks
• 7:00 pm: Sit side-by-side a local BBQ master as he grills your skewered meat over an open flame
• 9:00 pm: Visit a local bar for a pint of locally brewed craft beer
