We will guide you step by step into learning how to make fresh pasta by kneading eggs and flour to create the famous tagliatelle, to create delicious sauces like the timeless ragù, and prepare our traditional dessert, the Bustrengo, made from scratch and according to a recipe handed down from our grandmothers.
Also, we will supply you with the best fresh ingredients, including our wine, olive oil, ancient grain flour, and seasonal vegetables from our organic garden.
