The Sanur Balinese Cooking Class and Market Tour is a hands-on cultural and culinary experience set in the relaxed seaside village of Sanur, on Bali’s southeastern coast. It’s designed for travelers who want to go beyond just tasting Balinese food and instead learn how to create it from scratch while understanding the traditions behind it. 

The day begins quietly, just after sunrise, when the air is still cool and the streets are waking up. You’re taken to a traditional market, often in nearby Denpasar, where the real rhythm of Bali unfolds. This isn’t a staged experience. Vendors call out to regular customers, offerings of flowers and incense sit beside piles of chilies, and the scent of spices hangs thick in the air. Your guide doesn’t just point things out they explain why certain ingredients matter, how they’re used in ceremonies, and how Balinese families choose what to cook each day.

• Perkedel Jagung (Corn fritters snack or side dish it's made from corn, flour, various spices)
• Sayur urab (Balinese Vegetable salad)

9:30 AM – Hands-On Cooking Class Begins
Learn to prepare authentic Indonesian dishes with step-by-step guidance from a local chef in an interactive cooking session.

11:30 AM – Enjoy Your Homemade Meal
Sit down and savor the delicious dishes you prepared during the class.

12:00 PM – End of Experience & Return Transfer
Conclude the experience with a return transfer back to your hotel.
