We will take you to market tour in Bangkok with is the biggest fresh market ("Khlong Toei market" or "Khlong Toey market"). During the market tour, the chef will introduce Thai ingredients such as herbs, spices, and vegetables. You also be able to ask any questions that you want to know as this class is a small size. After we finish the market tour, you will enjoy hands-on create 4 Thai dishes.

This class provides free standard recipe (Cook Book), free hot/cold water and beer available with additional charges.

Vegan and vegetarian be able to join the class.

9:15 am: Introduction to vegetables, rice, herbs. Make coconut milk and sticky rice.
10:00 am: Session 1 (soup/stir-fried) and enjoy your dish
10:30 am: Session 2 (salad) and enjoy your dish
11:00 am: Session 3 (curry) and enjoy your dish (Make curry paste from scratch)
11:30 am: Session 4 (dessert) and enjoy your dish

Afternoon Class:

Really enjoyed this cooking class - the highlight of my time in Bangkok. Market tour was interesting to learn about typical foods used in Thai cooking. Then we went back to a cooking school location. Everyone had the chance to make all of the dishes, which was great (obviously some parts of some dishes were pre-prepared by the chefs to save time). Everything was delicious, and we were provided the recipes to make them back at home. The instructor answered all of our questions and was very nice and patient. There were maybe ~12 of us in the class, so it was a good small number and everyone was nice. An easy class to do as a solo traveler (like me) to meet people, as a couple, or in a small group.

What an amazing experience Alex our instructor had so much knowledge and patience. They accommodated all dietary requirements and the food was delicious all made with fresh local ingrediants. A must do experience on your trip can't recommend it highly enough.

We had a wonderful time learning more about the Thai spices and walking through the market. All of the dishes we got to make were delicious and the cooking was a lot of fun!!
