All our recipes are easy to follow, exact and well-described. We've worked hard to make sure each recipe is easy to cook, especially when you recreate these dishes back in your home kitchen to delight your family and friends. Our cooking instructors are the best home cooks in the local area so you'll learn multigenerational recipes and traditional cooking techniques.
Our philosophy regarding preparing and cooking food in our class is simple. We believe a fun and hands-on experience in the kitchen is the best way to learn how to cook.

Programa
- 8:00 am: Pick up at your Hotel or Villa with air-conditioned transport* please check included and excluded area
- 8:30 am: Traditional market visit
- 9:30 am: Arrived at MEXX The Cooking School (Local Balinese breakfast snack is served with Coffee or Tea and cold towel to refresh)
- 9:45 am: Herb and spice lecture
- 10:00 am: Hands-on cooking lesson (15 recipes / 12 dishes ) and Recipe booklet to take home
- 12:00 pm: Lunch, we will serve your own cooking at our balcony with 180° spectacular rice field, mountain and ocean view. Including free-flow soft drinks and bottled water.
- 1:00 pm: Tanah Lot Temple Tour with English guide
- 2:30 pm: End of the Temple tour and return back to your Hotel or Villa.

- Complimentary pickup is available for Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Pererenan, Kerobokan, and Tanah Lot.
For other areas, including Tuban, Kuta, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Ubud, and Balian Beach, a transportation fee of IDR 550,000 per car (maximum 6 people) applies.
