At Felicity Yau cooking class it's all about love and dumplings! Felicity is a warm chef with brilliant ideas who present a real authentic HK food experience. 

The class starts with a wet market tour to get the fresh ingredients for your dumpling, then head to Felicity's apartment for the cooking session. With all fresh local ingredient and her family secret recipe, you will learn how to make yummy and healthy dishes. The class includes all kind of way of dumpling making and Chinese cooking technic such as steam and boil.

The class can accommodate your request such as vegetarian. Please leave your request on the comment session when booking.

Programa

Afternoon Class:

• 6:00 pm: Meet Street level.  Exit A. Jordan MTR station 
• 6:10 pm: Wet market street tour and buy the ingredient for dumpling filling
• 6:30 pm: Prepare the fillings and handmade wrapping at the homey kitchen
• 8:00 pm: Finish all the cooking and enjoy the meal

We are happy to teach you some simple Cantonese during the wet market walk.
