We will start the day at the local wet market, to find only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. Then head to the kitchen to enjoy Chinese cooking.
I have combined the cooking knowledge I learned from my mother with my culinary school qualifications to teach expats and foreign visitors alike, now for over seven years. I am a true foodie who loves cooking, and especially sharing: food with fellow gourmands.
You'll get to take home a standard recipe, which you can cook again at home. Freshest and locally sourced ingredients from the local market, no MSG! Make sure you come with an empty stomach, as there will be plenty of yummy dumplings.
