We start out experience with a visit to the most important and historical market of Cusco, which is the "SAN PEDRO MARKET". We will spend about 40 minutes inside the market and you will see different ingredients, fruits, vegetables and foods that are indispensable in Peruvian culture.
Afterwards we will visit our cooking studio where we will start our cooking experience. We will start out by making our own drinks, this will either be a pisco sour (traditional peruvian drink), or a lemonade for underage people or anybody that prefers a non-alcoholic drink. We will continue by making our own appetizer and main dish.
All profits of this class are donated to CEDNA, an NGO dedicated to better the quality of life for families in the surrounding areas of Cusco. You can learn more about CEDNA at http://www.cedna.org/en/.
