Très participatif, ce cours vous permet de déguster ce que vous avez préparé après chaque plat. Loin d'être une cuisine de restaurant, il vous plonge dans une véritable ambiance familiale où vous rencontrerez toute la famille. J'ai suivi de nombreux cours de cuisine à travers le monde et celui-ci m'a paru le plus authentique. Je le recommande vivement.

Tout d'abord, la visite du marché couvert fut une expérience vraiment enrichissante. Observer comment les locaux s'approvisionnent était fascinant, et goûter à certains produits, un vrai régal. Ensuite, le cours de cuisine, très instructif et interactif, fut une expérience magique. Enfin, déguster ce que l'on avait préparé fut un moment inoubliable. Mon hôte et sa famille nous ont traités comme des rois. Je recommande vivement cette expérience, un incontournable à Hoi An.
