Tout le monde était tellement sympathique et accueillant. J'ai vraiment adoré mon expérience. Je la recommande vivement. C'était génial ! Ah oui, et j'ai oublié de mentionner que la nourriture et le vin étaient exceptionnels.

Notre famille de trois personnes a passé un excellent moment pendant le cours. Mon enfant de 10 ans a pu préparer la plupart des plats et nous avons tous apprécié les deux saveurs que nous avons réalisées. Le chef était sympathique, captivant et compétent. Je recommande vivement !

Cette dégustation de vins s'est déroulée dans une charmante petite cave. Les amuse-gueules étaient copieux et délicieux, et l'hôtesse était très compétente et agréable. Elle s'est également montrée très arrangeante quant au choix des vins, car je ne bois pas de vin rouge. Je recommande vivement !

Julia était une formatrice formidable. Patiente et sympathique, elle a su captiver mes enfants tout au long du cours. Rien que pour cette expérience, nous reviendrions sans hésiter. On espère la voir bientôt au cinéma ! 😉 Verde Pistachio utilise des ingrédients frais et naturels de première qualité, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour apprendre l'art de la glace artisanale. On lui donne la note de 10/10 !

L'expertise et l'enthousiasme du chef étaient communicatifs, et nous avons passé un moment fantastique à préparer nous-mêmes ces plats italiens emblématiques. La dégustation gastronomique a été une conclusion délicieuse, nous permettant de savourer pleinement les délices de Rome. Je suis reparti avec de nouvelles compétences et des souvenirs inoubliables.

Nous avons non seulement eu le plaisir de déguster six grands vins italiens différents, mais les charcuteries et fromages qui les accompagnaient ont sublimé cette dégustation. L'ambiance était impeccable. Je recommande vivement cette expérience à tous ceux qui souhaitent sublimer leurs vins tout en vivant un moment inoubliable !

Nous avons adoré notre cours de fabrication de gelato à Rome ! Notre professeur était super et les instructions étaient très claires. On a hâte de pouvoir commander ces glaces depuis chez nous. Le meilleur, c'était de pouvoir goûter tous les parfums de gelato qu'on voulait sur place, et ils étaient tous délicieux !

L'expérience était authentique et immersive, grâce à un chef expérimenté qui nous a guidés à travers les techniques culinaires italiennes traditionnelles. Le point d'orgue fut sans conteste la dégustation gastronomique finale, où nous avons savouré nos créations accompagnées d'autres délicieux plats italiens. À recommander absolument à tous ceux qui visitent Rome !

Notre hôte était passionnant, détendu et très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent moment à découvrir et à fabriquer des glaces artisanales. Le meilleur dans tout ça ? Nous avons pu réaliser trois parfums et déguster plein de glaces, sans compter la possibilité d'en goûter d'autres !

The instructor was passionate and patient, ensuring we understood each step of the process. The class was hands-on and interactive, making it suitable for all skill levels. The gourmet tasting was exceptional, offering a true taste of Italy's culinary treasures. A must-do activity for food enthusiasts!

Gio met us in front of the shop right as we arrived and invited us into the kitchen. There were six people total, our family plus another gelato enthusiast from Australia. And there was just enough room for us to stand across the counter from him while he taught the class and invited us to participate. He talked us through the steps of making gelato and let the kids and even adults take turns adding ingredients and whisking. He is charming, funny and passionate about 100% natural gelato with no fillers. Just milk, cream, sugar, chocolate. Then we got to add our own melted chocolate to our bowls of straciatella gelato and finally at the end of class which runs about an hour, we got to taste all the other flavors in this adorable shop. My son said the basil pineapple flavor was “life changing.” Gio even delayed opening by ten minutes to give us a gelato tasting. An awesome experience for our whole family. Especially for kids. And verde pistacchio is our new favorite gelato shop in Rome.

We had a lot of fun, learned a lot and had much to sample! Looking forward to going home and making our own pistachio!

Our kids (14, 13, and 10) enjoyed learning about the importance of using the proper ingredients and process to make authentic gelato. They also loved tasting various flavors! What a terrific offering! Highly recommend this class!!

So fun! I brought my 13 yr old daughter and her 2 friends, and my 4 yr old son! Interactive, fun and not too long (for little kids)! They loved it and loved eating all the gelato they made!!

Giampaolo was so passionate and insightful and the Italian wines were wow! The whole setting is super unique, it’s this small wine bar right in the historic center and it’s so intimate. We were a group of 4 and this experience was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was also delicious, they source it from a regional producer, and everything is just so fresh.

I loved the wines and the explanations easy to understand even if I am not a wine expert. Highly recommended.
