My name is Anna, born and raised in Venice. I’ve always cooked because all my family is passionate, my mother is an excellent cook, my father too and my brother is a chef in one of the most famous restaurant in England. I love particularly the Venetian cuisine which had an ancient history based on spices, on lagoon herbs and in particular, but not only, on fish, that I try to interpret in an innovative way. It was my friends who tried my recipes that pushed me to take this initiative saying that they eat better in my home than in a restaurant, and that's because of my innate ability to relate with the people, I am the most suitable person to teach both the preparation of food and their relationship with the culture, not only culinary of my city.
