These are dishes that have humble origins, like the gazpacho, but have become world-famous because they are so simply delicious. Each Andalucía Cooking Class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.
