Mimo was born in San Sebastián, the city of culinary stars, and this Michelin Star Secrets class is one of our most demanded. So much so, that we have brought it to the Mimo Sevilla Cooking School, adapted to the traditions and the local ingredients of Andalucía. Join us in learning the latest techniques and secrets of what is happening NOW in the award-winning kitchens of Spain. It’s time to play with your food— from spherification to foams to modern platings, you will be surprised by how easy it is to replicate haute cuisine at home. Take local knowledge from the stars to use at your next dinner party and wow your friends with a taste of haute Spain. This class includes:

Each Michelin Star Secrets class ends with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings. You will gather around our hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.
